First, I want to say welcome — and commend your bravery for reaching out for help.
No matter what you’re dealing with, asking for help is hard. Vulnerability is an uncomfortable place to be, and asking for help creates immediate vulnerability… “I’m not perfect. I don’t know what to do or how to do it. Can you help me?”
Second, I want you to know that we all need help, whether we ask for it or not.
Asking for help makes you vulnerable, but it also makes you brave. I know this because I’ve done it. I’ve been the one sitting in a vulnerable and lost place, not knowing what to do, how to do it, or even where to begin. And because I’ve been there, what I want you to take from my experience is this: it can be done. Healing can happen.
I want to offer you a space to grow, heal, and find relief from whatever is holding you down — whether that’s addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, or a combination of all of the above. No matter what’s keeping you stuck, there is healing and relief to be found.
I’m not here to teach you how to find it — because I still don’t know all the answers. I’m walking this walk every day myself. What I can offer you is someone to walk beside you, to be present with you as you find your own way.
I can help you begin to build the foundation of a life worth living — not a life that’s easy to live. Life is never simple. It’s complicated and messy, and that’s okay. Messy can be beautiful if you let it.
If you feel lost, broken, confused, sad, afraid, stuck, alone, vulnerable — if you know your life has more to offer than what you’re currently living — I’m here to be of service.
And don’t be afraid to bring all of your baggage. The things that make life heavy are also the things that make you unique, beautiful, and capable of living out your purpose… whatever that may be.
This journey won’t be easy. But I can tell you from experience — it’s worth every breath, every tear, every laugh, every day.
If you’re ready to begin living with intention and purpose, I’d be honored to walk with you.
