Welcome. I commend your bravery for seeking something more.

No matter what you’re looking for or where you’re starting from, beginning the search for healing is hard. It’s also impossible to do alone. Asking for help is a requirement, one that creates an immediate sense of vulnerability: “I’m not perfect. I don’t know what to do or how to do it. Can you help me?”

I want you to recognize that doing anything that makes you vulnerable also makes you brave. I know this because I’ve done it. I’ve been the one sitting in a vulnerable and lost place, not knowing what to do, how to do it, or where to begin. I tell you this because I want you to take something important from my experience… it can be done. Healing can happen. What I want to offer you is a space to heal, find freedom from whatever is holding you back, and to flourish.

So many things can keep us from living fully. It doesn’t matter if it’s addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, fear, loneliness, or a combination of all these things; there is healing and relief to be found. I can’t tell you where to find it because I’m still searching. What I’ve learned so far is that the journey, rather than the destination, matters. Here is what I can offer you: a fellow human to walk beside you, to be present for you as you start your journey. I can help you begin building the foundation for a life worth living.

Life will never be simple… It's complicated and messy, and that’s okay. Messy can be so beautiful.

If you feel lost, broken, confused, sad, afraid, stuck, alone, vulnerable, and you hope your life has more to offer than what you’re currently living, I am here to be of service to you. Don’t be afraid to come with all of your baggage. The things that make life heavy for you are the things that make you unique and beautiful and are the tools you need to achieve your purpose- whatever that may be. This journey won’t be easy, but I can tell you from my own experience, it’s worth every breath, every tear, every laugh, every day. Come with all of it, and begin.

If you’re ready to begin to live your purpose, allow me the honor of walking with you. Begin here.
